Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of oxalpha.life, including the free OxAlpha chat. They are short and written in plain language, because nobody reads the long kind. By using the site, you agree to them.
Last updated: August 2026. This site is an independent community resource about the OxAlpha model. We are not affiliated with any AI lab or with OpenRouter. The chat on this site is a free interface that relays your messages to the OxAlpha model via OpenRouter.
Acceptable use
The chat exists so people can evaluate OxAlpha for real work: coding, reasoning, analysis, and writing. Use it for anything lawful. You agree not to use the site to:
- generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or that facilitates harm to others;
- probe, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits with automation or multiple concurrent sessions;
- misrepresent OxAlpha output as human-authored in contexts where that misrepresentation causes harm, such as academic submissions or legal filings;
- attempt to extract other users’ data or interfere with anyone else’s use of the site.
We may block traffic that violates these rules without notice. Because the underlying model is operated by an unknown party, your use of OxAlpha is also subject to OpenRouter’s own terms when the request passes through their service.
AI output disclaimer
OxAlpha is a language model, and language models make mistakes. Output can be wrong, outdated, incomplete, or confidently misleading, even when it reads as authoritative. Nothing OxAlpha produces through this site is professional advice: not legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on and for how you use what the model writes. Benchmark figures quoted on this site are community measurements, not official scores; see the benchmarks page for methodology and caveats.
Rate limiting and availability
The chat is free, and free things attract abuse, so we apply rate limits per visitor. If you hit a limit, wait a moment and try again. We make no commitment about uptime or continued availability: OxAlpha is a stealth listing that could be renamed, gated, or withdrawn by its operator at any time, and this site could lose access with it. Do not build anything critical on the assumption that this free chat will exist tomorrow.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site and the chat are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from OxAlpha output, including lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions about these terms go to hello@oxalpha.life or through the contact page.
